What Will You Be Doing?
Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Manager will support the District’s workforce of 36 full-time employees, 27 part-time employees, and 28 volunteer firefighters. You will provide leadership for all the District’s HR functions while fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture. On a day-to-day basis, you will draw upon your skills and experiences in

• Leading organizational change
• Communication, coaching, and relationship building
• Negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution
• Project management
• Utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office applications

This full-time permanent, in-person role offers a salary range of $88,000 - $102,000 along with comprehensive benefits to support you in your new surroundings.
