- Recevoir, déballer et ranger les provisions dans les réfrigérateurs, les congélateurs, les armoires et tout autre rangement
- Enlever les déchets et les ordures et vider les poubelles
- Balayer, essuyer, laver, cirer et astiquer les parquets
- Laver, peler et couper des légumes et des fruits
- Commander des fournitures et de l'équipement
- Gérer les activités de la cuisine
- Inspecter les cuisines et les aires de services
- Préparer et faire cuire des repas spéciaux pour des patients, conformément aux directives du diététiste ou du chef cuisinier
- Préparer des plats destinés à des clients souffrant d'allergies ou d'intolérances alimentaires
- Nettoyer la cuisine et les espaces de travail
- Tenir l'inventaire et les dossiers sur la nourriture, les articles et l'équipement
