We are a loving family in Barrie looking for a caring, experienced, and reliable nanny to provide part-time childcare for our son as we transition back to work. Our son will be one year old, and we are looking for someone who can provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for him until he begins daycare. Both parents work from home, so we will be present in the home during care, but we are looking for someone who can confidently take the lead with his daily routine, play, meals, naps, and activities. Schedule:

• Part-time care a few days per week (flexible days/hours for the right person)
• Temporary position until daycare begins (with potential for occasional future babysitting)

Responsibilities include:

• Loving, attentive care for our one-year-old
• Planning age-appropriate play, activities, and outings (weather permitting)
• Preparing simple meals/snacks for our child
• Light child-related tidying (toys, dishes, laundry)
• Helping maintain a calm, organized routine

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous infant/toddler nanny or childcare experience
• Is warm, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoys caring for young children
• Has CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Can provide excellent references
• Is comfortable working in a home where parents are present
