Product Administration Technician Desjardins

Support specialized products and member accounts as a Product Administration Technician at Desjardins in a temporary 10-month assignment. Apply technical analysis and sound decision-making to complex operational work.
This technician position provides administrative support to Desjardins components within Investment Products Operations Management. You will research processes, information management, and data processing while serving as a technical expert. The work includes supporting unit activities, initiatives, processes, business solutions, tools, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects and complex operational issues technically
- Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analysis
- Recommend solutions and action plans as a resource person
- Prepare technical notes for users and teams
- Support new product and tool implementation
Requirements:
- College diploma in a related field
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French
- Advanced English proficiency, level 5
- Availability for scheduled Monday-to-Friday rotations
