Bayview Glen Church is seeking a Discipleship Coordinator to provide administrative, organizational, and ministry support for key discipleship initiatives across the church. This role helps ensure smooth coordination, communication, event planning, and volunteer support for ministries that foster spiritual growth, leadership development, and deeper connection within the congregation.

The Discipleship Coordinator will support Life Groups, Discipleship Classes, Baptisms, Discovery Course, ESL Fellowships, and related ministry events. Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, communication, attendance tracking, volunteer coordination, event logistics, follow-up, and supporting systems that help people take meaningful next steps in their faith.

The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, detail-oriented, and highly organized Christian with strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, supporting volunteer teams, improving systems, and working collaboratively with staff and ministry leaders. This role includes weekday in-office hours with occasional weekend commitments.
