Manager, Corporate Governance at SOGC
The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada
Join the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada as the Corporate Governance Manager in Ottawa. This hybrid role pivotal in ensuring compliance and corporate operations. You will report to the CEO and manage essential governance functions, supporting SOGC's mission in women’s health. Your expertise will guide efficient Board operations and oversee the development of corporate policies, making a real difference in health advocacy. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate all Board meeting logistics and materials
- Monitor corporate policies and propose improvements
- Develop corporate knowledge management strategies
- Oversee external relations and agreements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of senior administrative experience
- Proficient in both English and French
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint is advantageous
