We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Leads Associate to join our team at Get Gambit, a leader in the digital health industry in Canada. Based in London, ON, the Sales and Leads Associate will play a key role in expanding our reach and enhancing our telehealth services. This position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and establishing strong relationships to promote our innovative telehealth platform. The associate will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to strategize and executive effective business development strategies.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, strategic thinker with a knack for engaging clients and making sales. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively articulate the value of our services to potential clients.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field is required.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or telehealth industry.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Able to engage in cold calls with clients across Canada and follow-up with potential leads

· Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly digital health and telehealth services is a must.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients and partners.

· Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

· Comfortable using CRM software, telehealth platforms, and other sales-related technologies.

· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing and sales teams.

· Owns and can operate a motor vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities :

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client calls, social media, and other avenues to increase patient base and grow sales.

· Engage with potential clients/leads to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions using Get Gambit's telehealth services.

· Use phone, email, and text communications to cold-contact potential leads.

· Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including follow-up and retargeting through phone, email, or text.

· Use CRM tools to manage clients and execute marketing campaigns.

· Achieve and surpass sales targets, focusing on increasing the patient base and revenue.

· Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute effective strategies for business growth.

· Collect feedback from clients and the market to inform service improvements and new business strategies.

· Provide regular reports on sales performance, client positions, and potential growth areas.

· Ensure adherence to laws and regulations governing the healthcare industry in all business development activities.
