Clerk, Capital and Development Finance - 6 months POST NUMBER: 478009

About the Opportunity

• Reviews, processes and administers development-related financial instruments such as letters of credit, cash securities, performance bonds, fees and insurance policies.
• Ensures accuracy and consistency with Corporate Standards and legal agreements; creates written requests where amendments are required
• Provides support on analysis and reconciliation of daily deposits
• Acts as primary liaison for chartered banks on security and development related matters and insurance companies on development insurance certificate related matters`
• Reviews and monitors payments, securities and insurance for Single Source, Spine Servicing, Block Plan and Special Agreements.
• Receive incoming mail and distribute appropriately
• Supports information systems upgrades through provision of business needs and testing
• Undertakes a variety of duties related to record retention
• Responds to customer inquiries on all development finance matters

About You

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong administrative background
• Excellent communication skills, experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders in a high interaction role
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PeopleSoft ERP is an asset not required

Pay Range
$20 - $22/hour
