Directeur Associé Investissements de Fonds

Évoluez au sein de BDC en tant que Directeur Associé Investissements de Fonds. Ce rôle incontournable implique la recherche, la souscription et la gestion d'investissements en capital-risque et capital-investissement. Sous la direction du directeur général, vous rejoindrez BDC Capital, l'un des principaux investisseurs technologiques au Canada. Avec 6 milliards de dollars sous gestion, votre rôle sera essentiel pour les investissements alignés sur les priorités de défense et de souveraineté nationale. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes pour gérer des relations avec des gestionnaires de fonds et des responsables de portefeuille. Key Responsibilities:

Exécuter la recherche et l'évaluation des opportunités d'investissement
Conduire des due diligences approfondies sur des fonds de capital-risque
Préparer et défendre des mémorandums d'investissement au comité
Gérer la performance financière et les changements organisationnels
Développer des relations avec des partenaires de l'écosystème de défense

Requirements:

5 à 7 ans d'expérience en investissement pertinent
Compréhension solide des structures de fonds
Compétences en communication financière et analytique
Baccalauréat en commerce ou discipline pertinente
Bilinguisme est un atout
