Manager, Brand Strategy (Factor)

Key Responsibilities:

Own local market positioning and key messages for the Factor brand, translating global positioning for Canada
Define how Canada goes to market amid emerging food and health & wellness trends
Own the Canada marketing campaign calendar, developing high-impact local campaigns and scaling global ones
Champion Canada in a matrixed global/local model, influencing strategies and campaigns
Oversee local consumer insights, running research and tests to create actionable insights
University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7+ years of brand or product marketing experience in Tech, CPG, or DTC
2+ years of experience managing direct reports
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and new product launches
Experience influencing global and local stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Salary: CA$99,000–CA$109,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time
