Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk for an assignment through mid-August. This role will involve reviewing SharePoint directories, extracting information, and accurately completing templates. The candidate is highly efficient and works with data in a high-volume environment. This position offers an outstanding chance to collaborate with a world-class team and contribute to projects that propel our success!

Key Responsibilities

• Be a courageous safety leader; adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Review and navigate through SharePoint folders to find necessary documentation
• Extract and accurately input data into standardized templates
• Validate and cross-check information for completeness and consistency
• Identify and flag the data
• Track progress and maintain organized records of completed files
• Work well with internal collaborators to resolve data questions
• Handle critical and confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

• Proven data entry experience with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with consistency
• Intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems
• Communication skills that are concise and professional (written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal and time management abilities
