We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Team Leader to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide additional leadership capacity during this exciting period of change. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you will lead a team of HR Administrators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR operational services across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence while supporting operational readiness for the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, helping to embed new processes, drive continuous improvement and support colleagues through change. Experience of supervising or developing staff. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
