SAP IS-U FI-CA Consultant Florida Travel

Elevate your career as an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant with extensive utilities experience. This contract role involves monthly travel to Florida with all expenses paid. In this 12-month contract role, you will support financial and collections processes within a large-scale SAP Utilities environment. The position requires a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in the SAP IS-U FI-CA module, especially in payments, dunning, and collections management. You will play a key role in configuring and supporting essential processes to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP IS-U FI-CA processes including Payments and Collections
- Manage clarification accounts, cash application, and payment clearing
- Support Promise-to-Pay processes and collections workflows
- Develop and integrate collection agency processes
- Troubleshoot production support issues and billing exceptions
- 8+ years of SAP IS-U FI-CA experience in utilities
- Strong skills in Payments, Dunning, and Collections
- Proven experience with cash application and agency processes
- Familiarity with SAP CRM/CIC Interaction Records
- Robust troubleshooting and production support background
