About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Policy Analyst, Employee Benefits to support the development, maintenance, and communication of policies that guide the administration of Employee Benefit Plans.
Reporting to the Manager, Governance and Policy, youll play a key part in ensuring policies are clear, compliant, and accessiblehelping employees and strategic partners understand and navigate benefit plans effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while working within a complex, evolving policy and governance environment.
What Youll Do
Policy Development & Maintenance
Research, draft, review, and update policies related to Employee Benefit Plans
Maintain a centralized, well-organized policy repository with version control
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and ensure policy alignment
Drive continuous improvement in policy development processes
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate policies clearly to employees and strategic partners
Provide training and guidance on policy interpretation and application
Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations to support decision-making
Present information to plan members, committees, employers, and union partners
Operational Excellence
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Support system testing and enhancements related to policy implementation
Track and manage priorities using service level metrics
