Hybrid Client Accounts Director Role

Starport Managed Services

Starport is hiring a Client Accounts Director in Toronto to enhance client strategies and manage account relations effectively. This position blends in-office work with remote flexibility. This strategic role involves guiding multiple client relationships and driving IT budget planning while leading a skilled team of IT Support Technicians. Your focus will be on proactive account management, ensuring best practices, and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding client solutions. You will play a significant role in both client satisfaction and team dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

Strategically manage client budgets and IT roadmaps
Lead communications for high-priority client projects
Develop and conduct strategic scorecard reviews
Position valuable solutions to enhance retention
Collaborate with finance to optimize account management

Requirements:

At least 5 years in a comparable IT leadership role
Strong knowledge of IT solutions and tools
Experience preparing strategic reviews and proposals
Proficiency in CRM systems like ConnectWise
Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken
