Mid-Senior Level Lawyer Specializing in Commercial Litigation

- Manage litigation files from origination to resolution
- Represent clients in commercial disputes and mediation
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda
- Draft motions, pleadings, and factums effectively
- Negotiate settlements and provide legal risk assessments
- LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized institution in law
- Member in good standing with Ontario's Law Society
- 8+ years in commercial litigation with a specialty in insolvency
- Proficient in legal software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and client management skills
