Your missions
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management of the housekeeping team.
- Participate in the onboarding, training, and follow-up of staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an optimal guest experience.
- Follow internal procedures and apply the Housekeeper’s directives.

Your profile
- Previous hotel experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
- Strong skills in staff management and organization (scheduling, supervision of rooms and common areas).
- Knowledge of administrative tools (payroll, timesheets, reports, inventory).
- Leadership, team spirit, and ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.
