Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity, risk assessment, and compliance projects.

Engage and align business and technical stakeholders to ensure commitment, clarity, and accountability across all delivery phases.

Proactively resolve operational bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, and maintain schedule momentum.

Coordinate cross-functional activities across Canadian hubs (Montreal/Toronto) and U.S.-based teams.

Monitor project financials, milestones, resource allocation, and overall quality standards.

Qualifications
8 to 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity frameworks and risk mitigation.

Assertive, self-driven leadership style with a natural ability to push deliverables forward in fast-paced environments.

Demonstrated expertise in managing project dependencies and facilitating collaboration between cross-border teams.

Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).

Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
