BMO Bilingual Banking Customer Representative

Serve BMO customers at 269 Laurier Avenue West using strong interpersonal skills and bilingual English and French communication. Support banking needs across channels.
As a Customer Service Representative in Retail Banking Sales & Service, you will handle transactions, inquiries, referrals, and everyday banking conversations. You will advise customers on digital options, personal banking products, and credit card needs while supporting branch results. No prior experience is necessary, and related post-secondary education or certification is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and complete banking transactions and service requests
- Identify needs and refer customers to BMO colleagues
- Advise customers on digital and self-serve banking options
- Review profiles and discuss personal banking and credit card needs
- Reconcile cash transactions and support branch operations
Requirements:
- Bilingual English and French communication preferred
- No prior experience necessary
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Basic communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Confidence using tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications
