Join Porsche Canada as a Legal and Privacy Counsel, overseeing the Privacy Management System and supporting legal matters in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes compliance and litigation management. As part of the legal team, you’ll play a critical role in managing privacy initiatives and legal challenges across Canada. With a focus on integrating privacy into local operations, you will support marketing, customer claims, and compliance efforts, including litigation related to consumer disputes. You’ll work collaboratively with various business units and offer guidance on best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of the Porsche Privacy Management System
- Provide legal advice on marketing and compliance issues
- Manage Customer Commitment claims and disputes
- Review documentation for French language compliance
- Maintain oversight of compliance reporting and training
- Juris Doctor from a recognized institution
- 1-4 years of legal and compliance experience
- Knowledge of Canadian consumer protection laws
- French language proficiency preferred
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
