FA - Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate in this role can expect to earn between $18.25 and $24.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person, over the phone and through e-mail to respond to inquiries and provide information on where their vehicle is in the repair process.
• Effectively manage front office operations to ensure efficient organization
• Provide support to the various departments within the Collision Centre
• Collaborate with production manager and estimators to ensure vehicles are on track for a timely delivery.
• Complete booking for estimate and repairs
• Perform other tasks and duties as required.

Our Ideal Requirements:

• A high school diploma and valid Driver’s License are required
• Prior experience in an administrative capacity or insurance/collision industry is preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude
