- Gérer les besoins logistiques de bout en bout pour les demandes d'expédition des clients pour le transport routier LTL et FTL pour les voies nord-américaines (expéditions transfrontalières et inter-États-Unis / inter-Canada).
- Gérer les relations avec les transporteurs
- Planifier et coordonner les horaires d'enlèvement et de livraison
- Suivre et rapporter l'état des expéditions aux clients
- Répondre aux demandes de devis et de tarifs, en utilisant ses compétences en matière de négociation pour obtenir les meilleures marges de profit.
- Entretenir des relations positives avec tous les clients, les transporteurs et le personnel interne.
- Se tenir au courant des statuts de livraison, suivre et tracer, communiquer proactivement les mises à jour aux clients.
- S'assurer que les documents relatifs au fret sont remplis et approuvés avant le transport.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des 3PL ou du courtage
- Dynamique, multitâche, esprit d'équipe
- Solides compétences en communication, en organisation et souci du détail
- Connaissance des systèmes informatiques Dispatchmate et Loadlink (Asset) Sommaire
