Bilingual Talent Intelligence & Sourcing Strategist

Procom

Procom is seeking a Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner for a 12-month hybrid assignment in Toronto, with 2 days onsite at the client’s office. The role focuses on strategic talent acquisition, leveraging data to anticipate market trends, and delivering value through collaboration with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have English and French fluency, 5-7 years in recruiting/sourcing, and an HR designation.
