Job Title: General Production Worker (Plant)

Location: Moncton, NB

Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 6:45am-6:45pm rotational days

Or 2pm-2am, rotational days

Wage $17.47/hr

Job Overview:

This role involves accurate packaging, quality check and standard operating procedure for handling dried cannabis plant. Shifts could be wither 6;45am-6:45pm or 2pm-2am whichever is assigned to you as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process dried cannabis in accordance with established procedures.

• Dispense dried cannabis into primary packaging, ensuring accurate product labeling and thorough record-keeping.

• Assist with plant harvesting by following proper procedures and using appropriate equipment.

• Conduct verification and quality control activities as required.

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of dried cannabis processing and packaging equipment.

• Contribute to the optimization of standard operating procedures related to processing and packaging.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Prior experience in packaging is considered an asset.

• Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain focus in busy, high-traffic work settings.

• Comfortable wearing hairnets and beard nets as required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Must wear steel-toe boots.

• A criminal record check is required for this role.

• Drying & Sanitation department requires N 95 Mask & Clean shave is mandatory.
