About the Opportunity
FIN IP Group is looking for a new graduate to support our work in intellectual property valuations, royalty rate analysis, M&A due diligence, market research, transactions, etc. This role will suit a detail-oriented individual who demonstrates initiative, independence, and resourcefulness.
FIN IP Group's rapidly growing team is based in Ottawa, Canada.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
- Market research
- Building dynamic financial models
- Litigation analysis
- Financial analysis of public and private companies
- PowerPoint presentation development
- Development of written reports
About You:
- Experience in research and due diligence
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience in the financial analysis of companies
- Strong command of the English language
- Organized and detail-oriented, independent, and resourceful.
Requirements:
- 2-10 years of relevant work experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or law-related fields.
- Excel and Financial Modeling experience.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Assets:
- Completed or significant progress towards a CFA, CPA, CBV, etc.
- Completed Advanced Financial Modeller (AFM) accreditation.
- Master's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or law.
Compensation:
- $60,000 to $95,000 per year commensurate with experience
- Full-time position
