Transform client relationships with AMZ Advisers as a Senior Account Manager, enhancing online marketing strategies for Amazon sellers. Leverage your communication skills and problem-solving ability in a fully remote role. As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead a portfolio of clients, driving long-term strategies while managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts. The position requires a detail-oriented approach, enabling strong, proactive communication and the establishment of trust with clients. Collaborate closely with Brand Strategists to develop tailored growth plans that reflect each client's goals and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately ten client accounts with high retention
- Lead strategy calls to assess account performance
- Build effective client relationships and trust
- Conduct audits to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic execution
- BA in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years in client account management
- 2+ years in digital marketing or eCommerce
- 1+ year with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Strong communication and analytical skills
