Ce rôle permanent nécessite de gérer des dossiers complexes, d'évaluer les risques, et de collaborer avec plusieurs partenaires internes et externes. Une formation rémunérée est offerte et le télétravail est proposé après la formation à Toronto. Key Responsibilities:

Gérer des comptes de recouvrement complexes et à haut risque
Communiquer pour négocier des ententes de paiement
Suivre et maintenir les dossiers assignés à jour
Évaluer les risques et recommander des actions
Documenter les activités de recouvrement dans les systèmes

Requirements:

Bilinguisme français et anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en recouvrement
Excellentes compétences en négociation et communication
Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des systèmes CRM
