Remote Banking Customer Experience Specialist

ocpa

TD is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding banking experiences, process transactions, and advise customers on best-fit solutions. You’ll connect with clients to understand needs and support their financial goals.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
