Industrial Property Management Director Business Development

Shape industrial asset performance and new management growth for Colliers in Halifax, using property operations, financial planning, and market relationships. The role is onsite.As General Manager, Property Management and Business Development, you will lead a Halifax industrial portfolio and expand Colliers’ REMS platform. Responsibilities span tenant relations, contract management, capital improvements, compliance, and risk management. You will also develop opportunities across Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada through proposals, presentations, and industry engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee four industrial properties in the Halifax regionLead capital planning and operational efficiency initiativesDrive ESG and sustainability initiatives supporting ownership objectivesBuild relationships with owners, investors, brokers, and developersLead proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and negotiationsRequirements:
Minimum 10 years of industrial or commercial real estate experienceDemonstrated success managing industrial or commercial assetsBusiness development, client acquisition, or account management experienceAbility to influence decision-makers and build trusted relationshipsDegree in business, commerce, real estate, economics, or related disciplineApply industrial operations expertise, business development capability, and market knowledge to strengthen Colliers’ regional property platform.
