Job Responsibility:
Our state of the art practice is looking for an individual who is amazing with people, driven and wants to provide the best experience possible for our patients.
We take pride in is the physical environment which includes waterfalls, spa music, massage chairs, TV's on the ceiling, latte machines and other amenities.
Warmstone is most proud of its team and the dedication to serving patients and ensuring a great atmosphere is achieved for patients and employees alike.
Duties
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Submit to insurance
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments
- Answering phones to assist in patient inquires
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain office equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure treatment plans are properly executed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
