Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable trade data solutions and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation of trade data solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for trade technology platforms
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend strategic solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues
- Promote documentation, standards, and process governance
- 3 years of related experience required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Understanding of customs brokerage and global trade operations
