Prestige One Catering operates a restaurant/lounge and large banquet hall at the Turvey Centre. We offer competitive wages and a health benefits package.
Responsibilities Include:Preparing and producing food items, a la carte, buffets, banquets, etc. to specified requirements
Successful candidate will be flexible; open-minded and confident.
Candidate will also ensure a high level of food quality, value, consistency, and satisfaction for guests.Food Safety certifications are required. Proper handling of food, equipment and utensils.Prepares food according to Chef's specification and recipes.
Receive food orders, check inventory, and prepares them as required.
Clean and maintain his/her working place, equipment and utensils.
Participates in the preparation and meal service.
Follows the hygiene and safety standard set by the Public Health Department.
General cleaning and proper handling of food after meal services. Organizes refrigerators, re-stocks items, re-organizes section for next meal period.
Responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch and late night menus.
