Interim CFO for Manufacturing Finance

Take charge as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at EFESO Management Consultants in Toronto, Canada. Stabilize finance functions and assess current processes
Lead month-end closings and ensure financial accuracy

Implement cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives
Partner with operations to align finance with supply chain decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Proven success in turnarounds or restructurings
Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting
Excellent communication skills in high-pressure environments
