APERÇU DU POSTE

En tant que gestionnaire de territoire au Québec (basé dans la région de Laval / Laurentides), vous représenterez WK Kellogg Co auprès de certaines des opérations de détail les plus respectées et reconnues au monde. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l’occasion d’utiliser vos compétences en consultation et en vente afin d’obtenir des résultats immédiats tout en établissant des partenariats durables avec nos clients détaillants dans votre territoire.

Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, sur la route. Une voiture de fonction vous sera fournie, incluant l’assurance, l’essence pour les déplacements professionnels et l’entretien préventif.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

  • Développer la présence de WK Kellogg Co en magasin – Vous travaillerez avec vos partenaires WK pour comprendre les stratégies et objectifs de nos clients détaillants. Vous contribuerez ainsi à générer et atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de distribution et de mise en marché. Vous utiliserez également vos compétences stratégiques pour identifier des occasions d’augmenter les ventes pour vos clients et WK Kellogg Co, en apportant des idées innovantes.
  • Exécution des promotions – Vous assurerez une exécution rapide des promotions ainsi que l’atteinte des objectifs en magasin, en respectant les planogrammes et les exigences des bannières. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec votre gestionnaire des ventes au détail pour assurer la mise en œuvre des stratégies propres à votre territoire.
  • Amélioration continue – Nous souhaitons que vous ayez une vision pour l’avenir et un plan pour y parvenir. Vous identifierez des occasions de croissance des ventes grâce à la collaboration avec les autres partenaires de l’équipe de vente au détail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Formation postsecondaire ou expérience équivalente souhaitée
  • Comprendre l’importance de la marque WK Kellogg Co et la mettre au service des clients et consommateurs
  • Orientation client, avec une forte capacité à établir la crédibilité et la confiance
  • Maîtrise de MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ténacité et aptitudes en vente
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Expérience démontrée en gestion de budget
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
  • Permis de conduire valide au Canada (un relevé de conduite peut être demandé)
  • Déplacements fréquents requis (jusqu’à 50 % du temps, avec 2 à 3 nuitées par mois)

Échelle salariale : 73 600 $ – 92 000 $

Les fourchettes salariales sont déterminées selon le rôle et le niveau. Le salaire de départ sera établi en fonction des compétences, de l’expérience, des certifications, des qualifications, de la formation pertinente et des conditions du marché local.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a territory manager in Quebec (based in Laval / Laurentians Region), you will represent WK Kellogg Co on some of the most respected and recognized retail operations in the world. In this opportunity, you will have the chance to use your consulting and sales skills to secure immediate gains as well as long-term customer partnerships with our retail partners across your territory.

Position Highlights

This is a full-time, remote position. You will be provided with a company car including insurance, gas for business trips and any preventive maintenance.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Driving WK Kellogg Co's Retail Presence – You will work with your WK partners to understand our retail clients' strategies and targets. By doing so, you will generate and achieve sales, stock distribution, display goals. You will also use your own strategic skills to identify opportunities to increase sales for your customers and WK Kellogg Co. You will be able to bring new ideas that the competition will wish to have considered.
  • Promotion Execution – You'll have a firm focus on fast promotion execution as well as shelf goals, based on banners and store planogram compliance. You'll work closely with your retail sales manager to ensure your territory-specific strategies are implemented and executed.
  • Improvement is the key to our success – we want you to have a vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there. You will identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other partners in the Retail team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent is preferred.
  • Understand the importance of the WK Kellogg Co brand and put it to work for our customers and consumers.
  • Customer-focused, with a strong ability to build credibility and trust.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Tenacity and aptitude for sales.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in budget management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license in Canada – A driver's summary may be requested.
  • Travel is a big part of that role. You have to be ready to drive up to 50% of the time, with 2 to 3 nights per month.

Salary Range: $73,600 - $92,000

Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
