- Provide direct sales service and product information
- Process sales, including entering orders and scheduling deliveries
- Evaluate customer needs and upsell where appropriate
- Assist in related duties to support business needs
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift upwards of 50lbs
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service
