Job Summary:

We are an international high school located in Toronto, committed to providing an exceptional educational experience for our students. We are currently seeking an International High School Admissions Representative to lead our admissions efforts and promote our school's international development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin and have extensive experience in admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Promotion:

o Develop and implement admissions strategies and plans. Promote the school's educational programs through various channels (e.g., offline events, online promotions, social media) to attract prospective students and parents.

2. Consultation and Communication:

o Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and parents, providing detailed information about the school's courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and other related questions. Ensure they fully understand the school's educational philosophy and advantages.

3. Event Organization:

o Plan and organize various admission-related events such as open days, seminars, and fairs to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.

4. Application Evaluation:

o Assist students in completing their applications, review application materials, assess student eligibility for admission, and communicate with school management to make admission decisions.

5. Market Analysis:

o Collect and analyze market and competitor information, adjust admissions strategies in a timely manner to achieve admissions goals.

6. Partnership Management:

o Establish and maintain good relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and partner schools to expand admissions channels.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in education, marketing, public relations, or related fields.

· Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in admissions or related fields, preferably with experience in international high schools or educational institutions.

· Skills:

o Fluent in both English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong organizational and planning abilities, and proficient in market analysis and marketing strategies.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time position with standard office hours.

· On site office work in North York

Salary range: CA$38,000/yr - CA$40,000/yr + Commission pay
