As the Divisional Manager – Mechanical, you will be responsible for expanding E.H. Price Solutions' presence in the HVAC market. This management role emphasizes developing strategies for sales growth while nurturing relationships with clients and partners. Your focus will be on leading the sales team to meet their goals while maintaining a strong understanding of mechanical systems and pricing structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the mechanical sales team to achieve growth targets
• Develop new business opportunities while managing key accounts
• Oversee pricing and sales strategies for profitability
• Conduct frequent sales performance reviews
• Collaborate with vendors for product training and support
Requirements:
• 5+ years in mechanical HVAC sales experience
• Previous management experience is beneficial
• Strong understanding of pricing and market trends
• Proven ability to cultivate vendor relationships
• Proficient in using CRM systems, especially Odoo
