Technology Change Control Analyst at Aviso

Join Aviso as a Technology Change Control Analyst and optimize IT change governance in a supportive, innovative environment. Ensure effective management of IT changes across a dynamic financial organization. In this pivotal role within the Technology Ops & Support Partners team, you will report to the Manager of Technology Change Control. You will facilitate oversight of IT changes ensuring they are well-assessed, approved, and compliant with ITIL practices. This role involves monitoring the lifecycle of changes, ensuring strict adherence to change governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within Aviso. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate intake, review, and approval of IT change requests
Manage Change Advisory Board and Emergency CAB materials
Review change records for completeness and risk assessment
Maintain a forward schedule of changes for conflict identification
Support post-implementation reviews and remediation tracking

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
4+ years in IT change management or related fields
Proven ITIL change management capabilities
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
