We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Health Medical Supplies Sales and Coordination Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best products and services tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical supplies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate with healthcare professionals and clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate home health medical supplies based on their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products including ostomy supplies, catheters, incontinence products, mobility aids, and bath safety equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with Healthcare Professionals:
• Follow up with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to understand client needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the right products are recommended and supplied to clients.
• Logistics and Coordination:
• Create and manage rental agreements for medical equipment.
• Update and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange delivery times and renew rental agreements as needed.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained in an organized manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the medical supplies or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of home health medical supplies and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing schedules, documentation, and client information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 48 per week
