Tâches

Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
Enseignement de nouvelles méthodes et de techniques de travail à des collègues
Professionnalisme au service à la clientèle
Organiser des voyages, établir les itinéraires et faire les réservations
Faire partie d'une équipe de deux camionneurs ou d'un convoi
Conduire des camions légers, à des fins spécifiques
Charger et décharger de la marchandise
Obtenir des licences spéciales et d'autres documents exigés pour transporter de la cargaison sur des routes internationales
Conduire des camions ou des ensembles articulés pour transporter des marchandises ou des matériaux
Surveiller l'état des véhicules et effectuer l'inspection des pneus, des phares, des freins, du matériel d'entreposage frigorifique et autre équipement
Régler les freins
Effectuer des réparations d'urgence le long de la route
Inspecter les camions avant, pendant et après le voyage et surveiller tous les aspects des véhicules
Effectuer l'entretien préventif
Recevoir et transmettre l'information au répartiteur central
Noter l'information sur les cargaisons, les heures de service, les distances parcourues et la consommation d'essence
Bâcher et assurer la sûreté et sécurité de la cargaison
