Full-Time Bartender — Las Margaritas Restaurant
Las Margaritas Restaurant is looking for an experienced and energetic Full-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, taking care of guests, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift.
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol-service regulations.
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Handle multiple orders and guest requests effectively during busy periods.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient during busy shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workspace.
- Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcohol.

The ideal candidate is an experienced bartender who enjoys working in a lively restaurant environment, takes pride in delivering excellent guest service, and can confidently handle a high-volume bar while maintaining quality, speed, and professionalism.
