Home Health Clinical Supervisor Position

Become a Clinical Supervisor at ParaMed, where your leadership will enhance home health care services. Supervise PSWs and HSWs to create lasting care relationships within communities. In this influential full-time position, you'll ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and company policies. Your hands-on leadership will drive team meetings and problem-solving sessions. Also, you'll carry out safety investigations and collaborate closely with nursing teams for effective care documentation, highlighting your commitment to quality service. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support PSWs and HSWs in community settings
- Resolve issues presented by patients and staff
- Conduct leadership huddles and one-on-one meetings
- Initiate and document patient safety incidents
- Collaborate on nursing documentation standards
- RN or RPN registration with no practice restrictions
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in nursing
- Strong patient assessment and nursing practice understanding
- Proven experience in leading a health care team
- Excellent organizational and teaching skills
