Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the finance department, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions and customers.
• Assist customers with financing options and help secure the best possible terms.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the finance team to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge with Dealertrack, CRMs, Warranties.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive finance management.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $96,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:
