Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer at GFT
GFT]
Lead cutting-edge projects in water infrastructure as a Senior Engineer with GFT in Toronto, Mississauga, or Ottawa. Emphasize design and management of wastewater treatment systems in a hybrid work environment. You'll join GFT's Water team in a pivotal role, bringing your extensive expertise to public and private sector projects. This position focuses on engineering designs while coordinating with stakeholders for approvals. As a mentor to junior engineers, your leadership will drive sustainable water management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative water and wastewater treatment projects
- Coordinate with municipal stakeholders for timely approvals
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedules effectively
- Ensure quality assurance throughout all project phases
- Mentor junior engineers in infrastructure design approaches
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- P.Eng. licensure with P.E.O.
- Minimum 10 years of wastewater project experience
- Strong client-oriented approach with innovative mindset
- Demonstrated teamwork and ethical collaboration skills
