Specialist in IT Budgeting and Capacity Analysis

Shape the future of IT management with CMHC as a Specialist in Financial and Capacity Management. This hybrid role zeroes in on financial optimization and workforce planning. As part of the IT Performance and Partnership team, you will utilize your capabilities in financial analysis and workforce modeling. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the organization effectively allocates its human and financial resources to meet pressing operational needs. This role is crucial in driving IT strategy through informed budgeting and capacity assessments. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IT capacity assessments and workload forecasts
Oversee planning and analysis of financial resources
Manage operating and capital budget performance
Support IT budget development and consolidation
Identify key cost drivers in IT service expenditures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields
Minimum of 5 years in budget management or capacity planning
Proficient in workforce and financial data analysis
Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI desired
