Linesight Mechanical Estimator Role

Take the next step in your career as a Mechanical Estimator with Linesight, where you'll work within a vibrant and skilled team. Your expertise will drive project estimates and strategic planning. As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will utilize your 10+ years of industry experience to develop and lead comprehensive project estimates. Familiarity with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX is essential. You'll play a key role in building relationships that matter, impacting both your team and clients positively. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate the estimate plan
- Lead creation of the comprehensive project estimate
- Prepare project Basis of Estimate and risk recommendations
- Problem analysis with actionable recommendations
- Manage library of current local rates for estimates
- Minimum of 10 years estimating experience in construction
- Knowledge of estimating systems like InEight or CostX
- Degree in construction-related discipline
- RICS, CEP or CPE pathway is beneficial
- Strong detail orientation and communication skills
