Business Development Specialist for Newcomers
RBC
Become an RBC Ambassador and make a difference for newcomers in Montreal, Canada. This full-time role focuses on developing partnerships and providing expert advisory services to enrich client experiences. As a Business Development Specialist, you will engage with community organizations to enhance newcomer settlement services. This position incorporates advising on banking, credit, and investment solutions while promoting a digitally enhanced user experience. Your ability to educate and connect with newcomers is vital for fostering lasting relationships and community trust. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with settlement agencies for newcomers
- Provide advisory services in banking and investments
- Educate clients using digital technology demonstrations
- Promote customer engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with partners to personalize advice
- Understanding of Canadian settlement processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with digital devices and technology
- Mutual fund sales license required
