Staff Product Designer Growth

Design growth experiences at Wealthsimple using strong product craft, experimentation, and consumer mobile design. This is a hybrid opportunity across North America.As a Staff Product Designer on Growth, you’ll establish direction for new product areas and influence strategy across teams. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on acquisition, engagement, advocacy, referrals, and social features. Your work will support experiences reaching more than 4 million Canadians.Key Responsibilities:
Design loops that drive acquisition, engagement, and advocacyDefine social experiences, including profiles, discovery, creators, and sharingReinvent referrals through seamless experiences, including QR-based invitesShape high-visibility campaigns such as Monthly Millionaire and MatchPrototype, launch, measure, learn, and iterate across experiencesRequirements:
Experience leading complex, ambiguous initiativesGrowth design experience across acquisition, activation, engagement, or retentionComfort with A/B testing, funnels, and product metricsStrong UX and visual design skills for consumer mobile experiencesAbility to influence product strategy and roadmaps across teamsBring staff-level product leadership, growth design, experimentation, and consumer craft to Wealthsimple’s expanding growth domain.
