Key duties include managing reception tasks, supporting safety protocols, and assisting in travel and event logistics. Key Responsibilities:
- Support reception and mail/courier handling tasks
- Maintain safety and security protocols effectively
- Assist in shipping, receiving, and heavy item handling
- Help with company correspondence and gifting activities
- Coordinate vendor and contractor visits as needed
- Experience in client-focused or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and new applications
- Capable of working independently with minimal guidance
- Dependable and punctual; strong communication skills
