Director, Health Capacity and Flow Strategies

This leadership role will allow you to implement actionable strategies that enhance patient experience and healthcare performance. You will analyze regional data to identify key trends while developing partnerships with hospitals and community providers. Champion innovative initiatives designed to improve operational flow and system effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement capacity improvement strategies
• Utilize data insights to drive action plans
• Build strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector
• Promote innovative clinical flow programs
• Represent the East Region in key discussions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields
• At least eight years of leadership experience
• Clinical background in healthcare essential
• Strong skills in quality improvement processes
• French proficiency is a plus
